To request a refund, please contact us at admin@moodydepictions.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. Once we receive your request, we will inspect the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund 4 to 5 days to be processed may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@moodydepictions.com.
